Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, proportions, and images accurately. However, displays and devices may reproduce colors differently.
Many Victoria Barcelona products are handmade, mouth-blown, hand-painted, or artisan-finished. Slight variations in color, pattern, shape, dimensions, brushwork, bubbles, or other handmade characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of an artisan-made product and are not necessarily defects.
We reserve the right to limit sales by customer, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, product, or order quantity where reasonably necessary.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. Any offer is void where prohibited by law.
SECTION 6 — PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.
When a product is identified as a pre-order, the product page and checkout will display the applicable payment terms and estimated shipping window.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, full payment, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is collected at checkout for pre-orders.
Estimated shipping windows are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, international transportation, customs processing, warehouse receiving, carrier delays, or other circumstances may affect the final shipment date.
For the Holiday Founders’ Edition, the current estimated shipping window is late October–November 2026.
We will provide material production or shipping updates using the email address supplied with the order.
A customer may request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order before it has been released for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and our Return and Refund Policy will apply.
If we cannot ship within the stated estimated window, we will notify the customer and provide the option to:
- accept a revised estimated shipping date; or
- cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 7 — ORDER, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
Restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, or other related information.
If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or shipping information supplied at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update that information when necessary.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and shipping address are correct before completing an order.
SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, costs, restrictions, and estimated shipping information are displayed during checkout when available.
Orders containing both immediately available products and pre-order products may be divided into separate shipments and may incur separate shipping charges. The applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the selected carrier.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local charges unless expressly included at checkout.

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and the applicable payment providers. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

If an order is canceled due to an error after payment has been collected, the affected payment will be refunded.
