Victoria Barcelona stands behind the craftsmanship of its glassware.
This 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty applies to eligible new Victoria Barcelona glassware purchased directly from victoriabarcelona.com for personal or household use.

WHO IS COVERED
This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser or a gift recipient who can provide valid proof of purchase from victoriabarcelona.com.
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS
Coverage lasts for one year from the date the product is delivered.
If the delivery date cannot reasonably be verified, the purchase date will be used.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
This Limited Warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or craftsmanship that arise during normal household use and when the product has been cared for according to Victoria Barcelona’s care instructions.
Examples may include:
Structural defects in the glass attributable to manufacturing or craftsmanship.
Abnormal separation, peeling, or deterioration of the hand-painted finish attributable to a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect.
Other manufacturing or craftsmanship defects that materially affect the normal use of the product.
IMPORTANT CARE REQUIREMENTS
Victoria Barcelona hand-painted glassware is HAND WASH ONLY.
Do not wash Victoria Barcelona hand-painted glassware in a dishwasher.
To preserve the hand-painted finish and the integrity of the glass:
Wash gently by hand using lukewarm water.
Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid dish soap.
Use only a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers, scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive powders, bleach, harsh chemicals, or aggressive cleaning products.
Avoid prolonged soaking.
Avoid sudden or extreme temperature changes.
Dry carefully with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
Damage, deterioration, fading, peeling, scratching, clouding, or other deterioration caused by dishwasher use, abrasive cleaning, harsh detergents, improper care, thermal shock, or misuse is not covered by this Limited Warranty.
HANDMADE CHARACTER IS NOT A DEFECT
Many Victoria Barcelona pieces are mouth-blown and individually hand-painted.
Differences in brushstrokes, linework, color placement, pattern distribution, shape, dimensions, bubbles, texture, and other handcrafted details are part of the individual character of artisan glassware.
No two handmade pieces are expected to be exactly alike.
These natural artistic variations are not defects and are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Accidental breakage, drops, impacts, chips, scratches, or other physical damage occurring after delivery.
Damage or deterioration caused by dishwasher use.
Damage caused by abrasive scrubbers, scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach, abrasive powders, or aggressive cleaning products.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, prolonged soaking, misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
Damage caused by extreme or sudden temperature changes.
Normal wear and tear.
Natural variations associated with mouth-blown or individually hand-painted glassware.
Loss or theft.
Products altered or modified after purchase.
Products purchased for resale or commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping damage discovered upon delivery is handled separately under our Perfect Arrival Promise.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
If Victoria Barcelona determines that a product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no charge to the customer.
Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Victoria Barcelona may:
Replace the affected product with the same item.
Replace it with a substantially comparable Victoria Barcelona product.
Provide another appropriate resolution.
If a suitable replacement is not reasonably available, Victoria Barcelona may refund the original purchase price paid for the covered product.
Because our glassware is individually handcrafted, replacement pieces may contain natural artistic variations and are not expected to be visually identical to the original piece.
WARRANTY SHIPPING
For an approved warranty claim, Victoria Barcelona will not charge the customer for the replacement product.
If Victoria Barcelona requires the affected product to be returned as part of an approved warranty claim, we will provide appropriate return instructions and a prepaid standard return shipping label.
For safety reasons, customers should never return broken glass unless specifically instructed to do so by Victoria Barcelona.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To request warranty service, contact:

Please include:
Your order number or other valid proof of purchase.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the affected product and the reported defect.
Additional photographs or information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Please retain the product until Victoria Barcelona confirms whether it needs to be returned or may be safely discarded.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable one-year warranty period.
PERFECT ARRIVAL PROMISE
Damage, incorrect items, or incomplete orders discovered upon delivery are handled under our Perfect Arrival Promise.
Customers should report those issues within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, disclaims, or limits any implied warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, disclaimed, or limited under applicable law.
