Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

When you place a pre-order, full payment, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, is collected at checkout.

The estimated shipping window for the Holiday Founders’ Edition is late October–November 2026. This is an estimated shipping window and not a guaranteed delivery date. We will send production and shipping updates by email.

You may request cancellation for a full refund at any time before your order has been released for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Our Return and Refund Policy will then apply.

If we are unable to ship within the stated estimated window, we will notify you and offer you the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, including the shipping charges paid for that item.
