REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Victoria Barcelona.

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our handcrafted glassware. This policy explains returns, refunds, damaged deliveries, and pre-order cancellations for purchases made directly through victoriabarcelona.com.

90-DAY RETURNS

Eligible in-stock products purchased directly from victoriabarcelona.com may be returned within 90 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us first at sales@victoriabarcelona.com and include your order number.

Returned merchandise must be complete and in reasonable condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible to help protect the glassware during return transit.

Please do not send merchandise to our business mailing address unless our customer care team specifically instructs you to do so.

For returns based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

We want every Victoria Barcelona order to arrive safely and exactly as expected.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at sales@victoriabarcelona.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the external packaging and shipping label

Please retain the product and original packaging until we have reviewed the case.

After reviewing the information, Victoria Barcelona will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.

Customers are not required to resolve damaged shipments directly with the carrier before contacting Victoria Barcelona.

HANDMADE AND ARTISAN VARIATIONS

Many Victoria Barcelona products are mouth-blown and individually hand-painted.

Subtle differences in brushstrokes, painted patterns, color placement, shape, dimensions, bubbles or other handcrafted details are part of the individual character of artisan glassware.

No two handmade pieces are expected to be exactly alike.

Natural artisan variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

CARE-RELATED DAMAGE

Victoria Barcelona hand-painted glassware is HAND WASH ONLY.

Damage or deterioration resulting from dishwasher use, abrasive cleaning, harsh chemicals, improper care, thermal shock, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect.

Such damage may affect return eligibility and is not covered by the 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty.

This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products offered as pre-orders will be clearly identified before purchase.

Pre-order products may have specific cancellation and return conditions stated on their product page.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, an unfulfilled pre-order may be cancelled before fulfillment for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has been delivered, the return conditions disclosed for that product will apply.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are not returnable.

Products specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We cannot control the time required by banks, card issuers or other payment providers to make refunded funds available after the refund has been processed by Victoria Barcelona.
