90-Day Returns
Eligible in-stock glassware purchased directly from victoriabarcelona.com may be returned within 90 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact us at sales@victoriabarcelona.com with your order number.
Returned products must be complete and in reasonable condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible to help protect the glassware during return transit.
For returns based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Pre-order, limited-edition or specially identified products may have different return terms when clearly stated on their product page.
Perfect Arrival Promise
We want every Victoria Barcelona order to arrive safely and exactly as expected.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@victoriabarcelona.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution. Customers are not expected to resolve damaged shipments directly with the carrier before contacting Victoria Barcelona.
Individually Hand-Painted
Many Victoria Barcelona pieces are individually hand-painted and mouth-blown.
Subtle differences in brushstrokes, linework, color placement, shape and other handcrafted details are part of the character of handmade glassware. No two pieces are expected to be exactly alike.
These natural artistic variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
U.S. Fulfillment
In-stock orders placed through victoriabarcelona.com are fulfilled from inventory within the United States.
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with most orders expected to arrive approximately 3–7 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
Eligible Victoria Barcelona glassware is backed by our 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty covering qualifying manufacturing and craftsmanship defects during normal use and when cared for according to our instructions
