Shipping costs
Standard shipping
With the standard shipping option, we deliver your order within 15 business days in most cases.
Depending on the availability and location of the product, delivery may take longer to complete. The delivery period begins when the product is shipped.
Standard shipping costs for deliveries in the USA:
Standard shipping is available for all products sold or managed by Victoria Barcelona. It’s free for all customers
We will always inform you of the guaranteed or estimated delivery date associated with the express delivery option before you confirm the order. If you do not receive your order on the guaranteed delivery date, we will reimburse you for shipping costs.
You can track the product from the email we send when the product is shipped and leaves our warehouse.
Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday and, in some regions, also on Saturdays and Sundays. If you prefer not to receive packages on Saturdays or Sundays, you can change de delivery options in checkout or you can send us a e-mail to wecare@victoriabarcelona.com
With standard shipping, the order can reach you through different transport companies. At the moment, we cannot offer you the possibility of choosing the transport company that will deliver your package.
This shipping option is available for the USA.
Express shipping
With express shipping, we will deliver your order within 1-2 business days in most cases.
Depending on the availability and location of the product, delivery times may vary between 1 and 2 business days. The delivery time counts from the moment the product is shipped.
The express shipping cost is as follows:
Standard shipping is available for all products sold or managed by Antoni Barcelona Glass. It is priced at $ 7 per shipment.
We will always inform you of the guaranteed or estimated delivery date associated with the express delivery option before you confirm the order. If you do not receive your order on the guaranteed delivery date, we will refund your shipping costs.
You can track the product from the email we send when the product is shipped and leaves our warehouse.
If you cancel a product or change the delivery address, express shipping may no longer be available for your order. If there is any product in your order that cannot be delivered with express shipping, you can choose to receive them separately, at an additional cost. In this way, you will receive each product on the date that we indicate before confirming the order. If, on the contrary, you decide to group your products in the same order, you will receive them when all are available.

Carriers
We work with the following carriers to deliver the products. If you have a problem with your delivery, you can contact the carrier directly.
Pre-Orders
If you pre-ordered an item, please allow approximately one week for processing after the stock date.
If one of your items was pre-ordered, your order will not ship until all items are available unless requested otherwise. If you would like your available items sooner, we are happy to negotiate a partial shipment. Please don’t hesitate to email us at wecare@victoriabarcelona.com
Discounts
Discounts can be applied by entering the code upon check out. Discounts are not cumulative and cannot be applied to already discounted products.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
